REMOTE NOTARY
A Remote Notarial Act (RNA), sometimes called a Remote online Notary (RoN), for witnessing the signing of a document may be completed via an audio-visual link (AVL) where it is impractical for the applicant to attend an in-person appointment with a Notary Public.
Before arranging a RNA/RoN, you must confirm with the receiving overseas authority or jurisdiction that a remotely notarised document will be accepted.
The applicant will normally sign the physical document in person during the audio-visual meeting. That is then scanned or couriered to me for completion.
Electronic signing is possible if acceptable to the recipient. Again you must first confirm if this format is accepted.
