For Countries not members of the Hague Convention full Authentication is required. This is a further processing step where the Authentication Unit certificate confirming the notary registration is forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT). They in turn certify for Diplomatic recognition the Internal Affairs certificate.
