COMPLETED BY A NEW ZEALAND NOTARY PUBLIC.
Lawyers, Justice of the Peace and other New Zealand officials are not recognised
outside of New Zealand.
For documents requiring signing you must be physically present in New Zealand. The Notary will identify
you then see you sign the document(s).
For documents not requiring signing the Notary must be able to see the original or verify the
document directly with the issuing authority or institution.
For documents requiring signing you must be physically in New Zealand. The Notary will identify you then
see you sign the document(s). This is usually done in a physical meeting. However if that is not
practical then an audio-visual meeting may be possible. See the Remote Notary tab.
